Who is Team JEDI?

Not a software vendor with a demo. A small group of former military logistics operators who built the pipe and the process to keep coalition data moving on its own — a capability driven team specializing in multinational sustainment interoperability.

How the partnership works

Team JEDI isn't a prime contractor with a subcontractor bolted on. It's a joint venture between two organizations that each bring something the other doesn't have.

Nexus LCM

Nexus is where JEDI-X and JEDI MNLOGCOP actually get built. It's led by operators who lived the NATO LOGFAS problem firsthand — a Marine Corps logistics officer and a 26-year Italian Air Force LOGFAS instructor — not a software vendor hired after the fact to translate requirements they've never worked with.

Black & Rossi

Black & Rossi is a defense-sector solutions aggregator operating since 2002, led by a retired Marine Corps colonel, with its own independent track record in NATO data-interoperability work — including the alliance's unique-identification policy and a coalition logistics tool built for NSPA. They bring systems-integration reach that extends past what a single product team can cover alone.
