JEDI-FIRES

JEDI-FIRES applies the same JEDI-X data-centric model to this problem: enter maintenance data once, and every downstream system — government or contractor — can reuse it. At Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, examiners were losing an additional 30 minutes per Power Module Work Order to swivel-chair re-entry alone — roughly 4 hours across the 1,000-plus parts in a single Power Module certification. The solution is built to extend to any depot, any product line, any nation, any OEM.

Northern Strike 26

Multinational Contested Logistics

Team JEDI ran a full slate of "Fight Tonight" trials at Northern Strike 26 — standing up a Multinational Sustainment COIC, demonstrating In-Transit Visibility, and validating CROS, Class VIII medical logistics tracking, and Mortuary Affairs tracking, all built on LOGFAS and MNLOGCOP.

Nexus LCM has supported U.S. Army Europe and Africa by providing expertise in NATO's Logistics Functional Area Services (LOGFAS), including training, coaching, and logistics interoperability consulting. Their work helps improve data sharing, deployment planning, and multinational logistics coordination, enabling U.S. Army and NATO partners to operate more efficiently during exercises and operations.
