Team JEDI leveraged its extensive logistics expertise, multinational partnerships, and operational experience to enhance asset visibility and sustainment operations, giving commanders and staffs the ability to identify, deconflict, and mitigate contested logistics challenges during planning and execution. Through the development, integration, and validation of practical "Fight Tonight" solutions, Team JEDI addressed the complex demands of multinational contested logistics during Northern Strike 26 — a series of operational trials evaluating tools, technologies, and procedures across multiple domains, transportation modes, and logistics command and control (C2) functions.
The Multinational Sustainment Combined Operational Integration Center (COIC) ran on Logistics Functional Area Services (LOGFAS) and the Multinational Logistics Common Operational Picture (MNLOGCOP), giving the exercise a working coalition sustainment cell rather than a paper concept.
In-Transit Visibility (ITV) capabilities gave staffs a live picture of movement as it happened, instead of a reconstructed one after the fact.
The Commercial Resource Optimization System (CROS) was validated for its ability to rapidly identify and route users to the resources they need when contested conditions make the usual paths unreliable.
Team JEDI tracked and reported Class VIII medical supplies through LOGFAS and MNLOGCOP, extending the same interoperable data model to the medical logistics chain.
LOGFAS EVE mission sets and JEDI-X MNLOGCOP successfully monitored the location, movement, and accountability of training cadavers in support of Mortuary Affairs operations.
